For Alex, one of the creators of Robin & Roo Baby - it was a trip to the swimming baths that did it.

''There was no specific baby changing cubicles. Aria was about 10 months old and had zero patience for changing out of a wet swimsuit, getting her dry and into her clothes, with only a wet floor and a little bench to help achieve this. It was a cold day, she wouldn't have her mittens on. She didn't want to put her socks on. The clothes I'd brought for her were not fit-for-purpose. The whole thing felt so stressful. For my return visit, I just wanted one item of easy on / off clothing to tick all of the boxes''

Although Alex didn't know it at the time, this became the start of Robin and Roo Baby. Alex and Sarah are both parents. They teamed up to create the ultimate babygrow / romper / onesie / all-in-one / sleepsuit / bodysuit - whatever you want to call it.. as they still haven't decided on the correct term themselves.
